In the evening, we took a drive around the port (as this is the gateway to Victoria, B.C.), then we went to Bella Italia (La Bella Italia in the book), where Maddie sipped Coke and ate mushroom ravioli, just as Bella does. We did not bring a cardboard cutout or doll version of Edward, though the waitress assured us that many patrons do. We capped off our evening watching Ramona and Beezus in the Lincoln Theater where Bella, Mike and Jacob go to the movies. It was a cool old theater and the film itself is just charming. Maddie and Daniel posed on the staircase where Bella and Jacob have a heart to heart. Today we're off to Forks and La Push, in search of werewolves and more jaw dropping vistas (this time on the coast).

Wow!! I didn't realize you were actually planning a full-out Twilight tour of the northwest. How fun!!
I love that you went to the restaurant and movie theater they used in the movie; I'll bet their respective owners were pleased as well. :-)
It looks like a great trip so far. Can't wait to hear about Forks and La Push!
I just love all the pictures, so glad Dad "fixed" your camera :) It looks like you're having a wonderful time. Stay safe! Love you.
